- Act as the HRBP for the assigned branch, aligning HR strategies with business goals
- Drive recruitment and onboarding, closely collaborating with the Sales Team
- Manage and strengthen employee engagement initiatives and organizational work culture
- Work with Finance on costing, budgeting, and resource planning
- Oversee HR operations using Keka Premium HRMS, including Performance Management System (PMS)
- Ensure compliance and standardization of HR processes
- Support leadership with data-driven HR insights
- Overall 6+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to HRBP responsibilities
- Prior experience in healthcare or service-oriented industries preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
- Hands-on experience with HRMS tools (preferably Keka)
