JOB DESCRIPTION AND RESPONSIBILITIES
HUMAN RESOURCE BUSINESS PARTNER
- Talent Acquisition
- To ensure timely closures within the allocated budget without compromising on the quality & keeping the business model in mind
- Vendor Management
- Working in line with functional heads for hiring needs
- Compliance & Documentation/Reports
- Ensuring statutory compliance are met at all times viz. PF, ESIC, Gratuity
- To educate existing & new joiners on the HR process & policies
- Ensuring documentations (employee) are met at all times in the location as well coordinating with the federal HR Ops team
- On boarding & Induction
- Conducting On boarding on the very first day, along with handing over all necessary assets / Uniforms etc.
- Inducting new employees about the organization & making aware of HR Processes & Policies
- Grievance handling
- HRBP need to ensure that the grievance of an employee is addresses at the earliest with a conducive solution
- To be escalated to the next level, if no solution is given
- Employee engagement
- To run engagement activates in the location monthly
- To ensure cordial relation & conducive environment in the location
