Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Projects & Workstreams:
- Lead and support HR transformation projects, including process redesign, policy development, and HR technology implementations.
- Manage HR workstreams in large-scale projects (e.g., organizational restructuring, digital HR transformation).
- Develop and implement HR best practices to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
2. HR Consulting & Advisory:
- Provide HR consulting support to business leaders on talent management, workforce planning, and compliance.
- Conduct HR diagnostics and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Advise on HR policies, compensation & benefits, and employee relations in line with industry standards.
3. M&A HR Support (Due Diligence & Integration):
- Lead HR due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures (assessing workforce risks, compliance, culture fit).
- Support post-merger HR integration (workforce harmonization, policy alignment, retention strategies).
- Manage change management & communication plans for smooth transitions.
4. Compliance & HR Operations:
- Ensure HR processes comply with local labor laws and global HR standards.
- Oversee HR audits, reporting, and analytics to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2-3 years in HR consulting, M&A support, or HR project management.
- Strong knowledge of HR due diligence, integration frameworks, and change management.
- Experience with HRIS (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM) and data analytics.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Certifications like PHR, SPHR, or PMP (for project management) are a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in management consulting firms (Big 4, Accenture, Mercer, etc.) or corporate HR M&A teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
