Job Responsibilities:
•Support lead HRBP and managers on key people issues within the team.
•Conduct 30-60-90 day check-ins with new hires & highlight early engagement or attrition risks.
•Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
•Execute HR processes (confirmation, transfers, internal moves, offboarding, etc.) in line with timelines and SLAs through partnership with HR Ops Team.

•Prepare and maintain dashboards, and trackers for the assigned business units.
•Coordinate performance management timelines (goal setting, mid-year, annual reviews) and ensure all actions are completed on time.
•Track completion of various learning programs for assigned employee groups.
•Partner with internal HR teams for seamless employee experience.
•Help organize team connects, townhalls, and HR-related events for assigned departments.
•Serve as the first point of contact for employees for day-to-day HR queries.
•Support cross-functional initiatives and special projects driven by the HRBP
