• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviews, and
onboarding of new employees.
• Engage and coordinate with external recruitment agencies; manage communications,
interview scheduling, and candidate evaluations.• Handle employee exit processes, including documentation, exit interviews, and full-and-
final settlements (through the finance team).• Track employee attendance, leave management, and work-from-home/on-duty requests

• Monitor and generate regular reports from the CRM and HRMS systems to track employee
performance, attendance, and discipline.
• Suggest improvements to HR operations, policies, and processes to enhance overall
efficiency and employee satisfaction.
• Conduct internal trainings or coordinate external training sessions based on
organizational needs and employee development goals.
• Manage structured and timely communication of key HR-related updates to all team
members.
• Coordinate and support the performance appraisal process, ensuring objectivity,
transparency, and timely execution.
• Organize company-wide events such as townhalls, team-building activities, and
employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation of key employee records, contracts,
policy acknowledgements, and performance data.
• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, providing guidance on HR policies
and practices.
• Collaborate with department heads and leadership to support culture-building,
employee engagement, and grievance redressal.
• Prepare dashboards and MIS reports for leadership to monitor HR health metrics and
ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Promote adherence to HR policies and proactively highlight any deviations or concerns
for appropriate action.
Qualifications & Requirements:
1. Experience: 3–7 years in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced professional
services or financial services environment.
2. Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related
field. MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
3. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability
to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
4. Technology Proficiency: Proficient in MS Office Suite and experience with HRMS/HRIS
platforms; familiarity with Keka is a plus.
5. People-Centric Approach: Ability to engage effectively with team members at all levels
and foster a culture of trust, compliance, and accountability.
6. Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple

7. Discretion: High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive and confidential
information.
8. Availability: While not mandatory, immediate availability is preferred as we are looking
