<p> </p><p>Key Tasks & Responsibilities:</p><p>• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop campus recruiting plan</p><p>• Build and maintain relationships with Universities & Placement Officers to create a strong campus presence</p><p>• Plan and execute on-campus drives, referral drives, off campus drives, internships, onboarding, workshops, and other engagement activities to promote employer branding</p><p>• Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process for both candidates and hiring teams</p><p>• Provide a positive candidate experience by serving as a point of contact and guiding candidates throughout the recruitment & signature onboarding process</p><p>• Work on the HR recruitment systems and Application Tracking System for candidate tracking, requisition and offer management, assessments, and related recruitment processes</p><p>• Research on industry trends, best practices, and innovative campus recruitment techniques</p><h3>experience</h3>7

Experience & Key Skills<br />•Strong hands-on experience in lateral hiring for technical and engineering roles.<br />•Ability to manage multiple requisitions and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.<br />•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.<br />•Good understanding of structured interviewing and hiring best practices.<br />•Hands on experience with ATS/HCM systems and recruitment platforms like Naukri/Linkedin.<br />•Problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivery and experience.<br />•Well versed in MS Office Suite (MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel, Teams etc.)<h3>experience</h3>7
