Role : Inbound Manager
Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for availability of Advance licenses on time and Proper accounting & closure of Advance licenses.
- Responsible for Customs Clearance of materials in time. Eliminate the unwanted Penalties & Demurrage expenses.
- Keep a track of Duty payments & continuously work towards minimizing the duty payments.
- Ensure Inbound logistics at best lower cost.
- Ensure the availability of rate contracts & service agreements with service providers and Responsible to track supplier services & vendor payment in time.
- Ensure the coverage of Insurance wherever required & claim against Insurance.
- Responsible for effective utilization of available resources and fulfilment of production requirement as per production plan.
- Responsible for the Inventory management & accuracy of Inventory.
- Responsible for submitting the required document to finance for BOE/Bills of Service Vendor.
- Responsible for ensuring the genuine claim of service bills from various channel partners.
- Ensuring the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.
- Preparing MIS reports monthly, quarterly, and yearly like Stock Balance Reports, Shipments Status Reports, Duty payments.
- Monitor Regulatory Guideline, Govt Policies, FTP etc. from time to time and update the same with the Management & Team for necessary information & action.
- Making sure that all logistics and distribution plans have an integrated approach to the company's strategic objectives.
- Analyze various problems and come up with appropriate solutions.
- Liaising with Government offices (Customs, EPC, FDA, FSSAI, PQ & AQ, Etc.), Freight Forwarders, Liners, CHAs, DGFT, Insurance Companies and other agencies.
Main Requirements :
- Education skill -Graduate in any discipline / with relevant 8-12 years of experience in SCM.
- Willing to join within 2 months
