Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Acquisition:
● Engage with parents and new leads to promote services and vaccination
packages.
● Convert inquiries (calls, WhatsApp, and walk-ins) into confirmed appointments and
package sales.
● Maintain lead trackers, follow-ups and CRM updates for all new prospects. Customer Retention & Service:
● Ensure an excellent parent experience from first inquiry to ongoing care.
● Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing parents to drive repeat visits.
● Collect and act on parent feedback to continuously improve service quality.
● Coordinate with the operations and clinical teams for smooth scheduling and
follow-ups. Customer Support:
● Manage daily appointment bookings and scheduling between parents and doctors.
● Assist with billing, payments and administrative support.
● Prepare and share daily/weekly sales and service performance reports.Requirements
