Customer Service & Sales
Customer Engagement: Warmly greet and welcome all customers to the store. Proactively approach customers to offer assistance and build rapport.
Consultative Selling & Styling: Conduct needs-based consultations to understand the customer's style preferences, sizing requirements, and occasion needs. Suggest and style suitable outfits, demonstrating expert knowledge of current fashion trends, color coordination, and brand collections.
Achieve Targets: Aggressively pursue and consistently meet or exceed individual daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (KPIs) and conversion goals.
Upselling & Cross-Selling: Maximize sales opportunities by recommending complementary items, accessories, and new arrivals.
Transaction Management: Process sales accurately using the Point-of-Sale (POS) system, handle cash and card transactions, manage returns/exchanges, and accurately wrap/bag purchases.
Store Operations & Merchandising
Visual Merchandising: Assist the Visual Merchandising team or Store Manager in maintaining a visually appealing sales floor by arranging displays, mannequins, and product groupings according to company standards.
Product Maintenance: Ensure all merchandise is correctly priced, tagged, sized, and folded/hung neatly on the racks and shelves.
Stock Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory. Perform daily replenishment of the sales floor from the stockroom and participate in periodic stock counts.
Store Cleanliness: Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience.
Product Knowledge & Administration
Product Expertise: Maintain comprehensive, in-depth knowledge of all apparel fabrics, fits, care instructions, and current promotional offers.
Feedback: Relay important customer feedback regarding product quality, pricing, and assortment requests to the Store Manager.
Brand Advocacy: Act as a passionate ambassador for the brand, embodying the brand's style and values in appearance and conduct.
Compliance: Adhere strictly to all company security, loss prevention, and retail operational procedures.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Qualifications
Education: Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree/diploma in Fashion, Retail, or Marketing is an advantage.
Experience: 1+ years of proven retail sales experience, preferably within the apparel, fashion, or lifestyle sector.
Skills
Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to engage customers naturally and persuasively.
Fashion Sense: A strong passion for fashion and awareness of current and upcoming trends.
