 Experience in structured and formalized IT operations according to ITIL standard

   Monitoring Tools: Icinga, Nagios, Zabbix, ManageEngine etc.
 Technical Expertise: Linux administration, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Grafana, Rest API, PHP library,
MySQL dB
 Communication: Excellent communication skills for collaboration with various teams and
stakeholders. 
 Automation: Shell scripting, PowerShell, Python 
 Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, and GCP, and their monitoring
capabilities. 
 IT Infrastructure: Good understanding of alert management and logs for IT systems – servers, storage,
network, database etc.
 Ticketing Tools: Strong experience on integration with ticketing tools like ServiceNow, etc. Security: Awareness of security best practices for monitoring systems. 
 Team Leadership: Ability to lead and mentor other engineers in monitoring related tasks.
