Position Summary:
The Manager of Data Administration is responsible for leading the GCC delivery and
production support activities of HR Information Systems (HRIS) in support of HR strategy and
business operations.

to identify and implement integrated HR technology solutions, establish effective support and
service delivery practices, resolve system and operational issues, and continuously improve
HR processes and technology. This position is accountable for team performance, project and
operational outcomes, service quality, and the effective management of HRIS resources and
priorities.
Responsibilities:
In alignment and partnership with Corporate HRIS leaders:
● Lead a team of HRIS professionals responsible for HR systems projects,
enhancements, production support and process improvement activities, including
coaching, performance management, development, and employee engagement.
● Manage the delivery and ongoing production support of HR systems, ensuring
solutions and services meet business requirements, operational needs, quality
standards, and established service expectations.
● Identify, prioritize, design, and implement new or enhanced HR system functionality
and process improvements.
● Manage team capacity across a portfolio of HRIS initiatives and operational priorities,
balancing project delivery, enhancements, production support, business value,
resource capacity, risk, and organizational priorities.
● Oversee the analysis and documentation of business requirements, functional
specifications, process impacts, test plans and results, issue resolution,
implementation readiness, communications, and change management activities.
● Identify opportunities to improve HRIS support processes, procedures, service
models, and documentation to drive operational efficiency, consistency, scalability, and
a positive customer experience.● Monitor operational, service, project, and quality metrics; identify trends and
opportunities for improvement; and ensure issues are resolved accurately and within
appropriate service expectations.
● Apply project management, risk management, process improvement, and change
management practices to support successful delivery and sustainable HRIS
operations.
● Develop and maintain effective relationships with technology vendors and partners
and remain informed of relevant HR technology capabilities, trends, and opportunities.
● Support capacity and resource planning on investment of HR technology initiatives, as
applicable.
Education & Experience:
● Bachelor's degree
● 5+ years of relevant HRIS experience
● 3+ years of experience supervising or management teams
● HRMS experience with Infor Global HR (GHR), Lawson, Workday, Oracle HCM, or similar system
● Experience managing teams and deliverables in a deadline-driven environment
Must Have Skills
● Applies Agile methodologies and continuous process improvement practices, including Lean, Six
Sigma, and other frameworks, to evaluate workflows, identify inefficiencies and root causes,
prioritize opportunities, and implement sustainable process and service delivery improvements.
● Leverages advanced analytics (e.g., predictive modeling, machine learning, data mining,
prescriptive analysis, visualization), artificial intelligence (AI), and emerging technologies to
forecast trends, generate actionable insights, automate and streamline processes, expand
self-service capabilities, and identify innovative solutions that enhance the employee, candidate,
and HR user experience.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into practical business
insights.
● Advanced proficiency in Excel; comfortable working with large data sets, pivots, lookups, and
structured trackers.
● Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to tailor updates for leadership
and cross-functional audiences.
● Ability to organize work independently, manage multiple priorities, and follow through with a high
level of accuracy and ownership.
● Proven team management skills and comfort working in a matrixed, cross-time-zone environment.
