Minimum Qualification - B. Tech, MBA or Equivalent Degree in Marketing.
Experience - Minimum 8 - 10 years of post-qualification work experience in which 4 -
6 years of Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Optimization and Performance
Marketing. Candidates should have a minimum of 3 - 5 year’s experience in managing
a team of atleast 6 subordinates.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
Technical Knowledge, Best Practices in the Digital Marketing, Google Search
Console, Google AdWords, Google Analytics (GA 4), SEM Rush, Keywords
identification tools, Hashtag identification tools and Improvement of Standard
Operating Procedures, Vendor Management, Proficient at Microsoft Office.

PURPOSETo manage the Overall Digital Marketing Services for all programmes offered by the
UniversityAREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY (Key Activities)
Performance Marketing (Paid Marketing)
Draft strong media briefs lead the process of team briefings, planning and
benchmarking Media plans for all campaigns as aligned with business objectives. Strategize, plan and execute all related campaigns to ensure we have an always on
approach on content and increase brand’s SOV.
Plan content creation and seeding plan to maximize reach and engagement for all
campaigns
Performance marketing with efficient planning of funnel marketing
Work closely with the digital marketing team on a day-to-day basis to ensure
optimization of the campaigns both from an audience as well as creative optimization
stand point.
Work closely with the media agency and drive performance marketing
Ensure timely disbursal of agency payments and align with the vendor necessary
standards.
Follow all the set protocols for approvals, documentation and budgeting in accordance
with audit guidelines.
Conduct post campaign analysis and present findings.Stakeholder Collaboration and Communication
Be an “enabler” for change management and ensure changes in systems / process /
guidelines / procedures are communicated to all stakeholders as and when needed.
Should be able to clearly articulate and present crisp and critical information for all
stakeholders.
Build strong stakeholder relationships and be a key point of contact
Establish, develop and maintain effective and collaborative working relationships
with different stakeholders.
Should be able to work with all functions and manage multiple assignments /
competing priorities simultaneously.
Build a culture of “Digital First” and enable the stakeholders in the organisation.
Drive required change with logical to achieve the desired performance and to measure
effectiveness.Team Management
Should be able to motivate and handle a team on a daily basis.
Ensure clear task allocations and timelines for own team & business deliverables.

Should be process oriented and must have eye for noticing gaps and improvements in
the system and suggest process improvement measures and initiatives.
Should be able to clearly identify gaps between the briefing bottlenecks and
roadblocks in process steps and suggest actions to improve the same.
Should be able to clearly articulate and document the issues and technical process
steps for implementation and subsequent monitoring and control.OBJECTIVESTop KRAs / KPIs across all activities
