- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment operations across all departments.
- Supervise and mentor Talent Acquisition Executives and recruitment team members.
- Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for timely position closures.
- Manage sourcing through LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, consultants, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen, evaluate, and assess managerial, technical, and critical-level candidates.
- Drive interview coordination, feedback collection, and hiring decision processes.
- Handle compensation discussions, salary negotiations, and offer management.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for future hiring requirements.
- Manage recruitment consultants, agencies, and external hiring partners.
- Monitor recruitment KPIs, TAT, offer-to-join ratio, source effectiveness, and hiring dashboards.
- Ensure complete recruitment documentation and process compliance.
- Utilize AI tools for candidate sourcing, resume screening, JD creation, recruitment analytics, and talent mapping.
- Develop AI-powered recruitment trackers, hiring dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Improve recruitment productivity through automation and technology adoption.
- Manage employee onboarding, induction, and orientation processes.
- Ensure smooth implementation of HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, employee records, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate employee confirmations, appraisals, promotions, transfers, and exit formalities.
- Maintain employee personnel files and statutory compliance records.
- Coordinate payroll inputs including attendance validation, leave reconciliation, incentives, deductions, and payroll data verification.
- Work closely with Finance for payroll processing and employee compensation administration.
- Support implementation of HRMS, workflows, and automation initiatives.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and workplace discipline initiatives.
- Prepare monthly HR MIS, manpower reports, attrition reports, and management dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labour regulations, and internal processes.
- Support management in organizational development and workforce planning initiatives.
