RoleRole & Responsibilities
As a Distributor Sales Representative, you will be responsible for achieving ambitious sales targets, managing key distributor relationships, and expanding market presence within your assigned territory. You will be the face of the company, building trust and fostering strong partnerships with retailers and distributors.
Main tasks include
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Ensure product availability across retail and distributor networks.
- Develop and implement effective beat plans.
- Drive secondary sales and maintain 100% billing compliance.
- Identify and onboard new retail outlets.
- Strengthen existing retailer relationships.
- Ensure optimal product merchandising and shelf visibility.
- Gather market feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in OTC pharmaceutical sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of distribution channels and secondary billing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sales reporting tools and mobile applications.
- Territory management expertise and market acumen.
- Fluency in the local language with basic English skills.
- Possession of a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
