Own consumer research, market analysis, and category trends to identify growth opportunities.
Leverage insights to drive segmentation, targeting, and marketing innovation.
3. Product Marketing & GTM
Drive product launch plans, pricing, packaging, and promotion strategies.
Define GTM strategy in coordination with sales, supply chain, and product teams.
4. Integrated Marketing Communication
Oversee ATL, BTL, and digital campaigns across platforms.
Work closely with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent messaging and ROI-driven execution.
5. Trade & Channel Marketing
Lead shopper marketing, POS campaigns, and channel-specific activations.
Coordinate with GT, MT, E-com teams to tailor channel-wise strategies.
6. Digital & Performance Marketing
Grow the digital presence of the category via performance-led digital marketing, influencer campaigns, and content creation.
Manage agency partnerships and internal digital teams.
7. P&L Ownership & KPIs
Track marketing spends, category P&L, and ROI on key campaigns.
Drive key KPIs: market share, brand equity scores, NPS, category growth, and innovation contribution.
