Role Overview
We are looking to onboard a high-caliber Marketing Manager who will work directly with the CMO on strategic marketing initiatives focused on brand visibility, customer engagement, and market share expansion. The ideal candidate will bring a consultative mindset, a strong understanding of ATL/BTL levers, and the ability to translate business objectives into high-impact campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Campaign Development: Lead the design and planning of integrated ATL/BTL campaigns that align with brand strategy and business growth goals.
Brand Experience Design: Develop targeted brand activation plans, customer engagement programs, and market-facing communication strategies.
Business Partnership: Serve as a thought partner to the CMO and key internal stakeholders to shape marketing priorities based on commercial goals.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize market research, competitive intelligence, and campaign analytics to refine marketing effectiveness and inform decisions.
Agency & Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and quality execution.
Cross-Functional Influence: Engage with product, sales, and corporate communication teams to ensure alignment and seamless campaign delivery.
Ideal Candidate
Education: MBA/PGDM from a Tier 1 B-School (IIMs, ISB, XLRI, FMS, SPJIMR, MDI, etc.) is mandatory.
Experience: 1–4 years of experience in brand marketing, strategy consulting, or a similar strategic role with exposure to ATL/BTL channels.
Strong analytical thinking, structured problem-solving, and excellent communication skills.
Proven ability to manage stakeholders, align cross-functional teams, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated interest in working at the intersection of business, brand, and customer impact.
