Detailed Responsibilities 1. Core Taks * Design, develop, and update daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards to track KPIs. * Provide rapid ad-hoc reporting pipelines for executive management during structural reviews. 2. Data Pipeline Integrity & Architecture * Build complex database queries using advanced lookup structures, indexing, and array logic. * Program customized VBA/Macro workflows to automate highly repetitive, error-prone report configurations - Desired/ not mandatory Core Technical & Functional Competencies * Advanced Excel Frameworks: Absolute command over XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, Dynamic Arrays (FILTER, SORT, UNIQUE), nested logical tests, conditional formatting, and 3D referencing logic. * Data Modeling: Expertise structuring dynamic Pivot Tables, building calculated items/fields, utilizing Power Pivot and constructing relational schemas. High proficiency writing SQL queries (SELECT, JOINs, GROUP BY, subqueries) to fetch deep data pools from multiple software - ERP etc. * Business Intelligence: Foundational knowledge mapping localized Excel architectures cleanly to enterprise platforms like Power BI. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Evaluation Automation, Optimization of tools/ software to reduce time of report generating. Ad-hoc Support Resolve unexpected custom internal query.
