Key Responsibilities
• Develop, maintain and manage the incentive calculation framework: including data
collection, validation, calculation of payouts, reconciliations and audit-ready
documentation.
• Support target-setting process: translate business goals into sales targets/quotas by ...
region/territory/product, split targets appropriately, and track attainment.
• Prepare monthly MIS (Management Information System) reports: collect sales data,
track KPIs (e.g., achievement vs target, market share, growth, region/territory
performance), and highlight variances.
• Generate meaningful insights and sales analysis: basis sales data, identify trends,
outliers, territory/rep performance, product performance, and drivers of
performance.
• Create presentation-ready monthly reporting slides and review decks for senior
stakeholders: summarising performance, incentive outcomes, target achievement,
corrective actions, future focus.
• Work closely with CRM/analytics teams, sales operations and commercial teams to
ensure data integrity, alignment of definitions (territory, product, rep hierarchy) and
consistent reporting.
