RoleRole & Responsibilities
As a MIS Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. You will build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and present solutions that meet their requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
Main tasks include
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious targets.
- Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Present and demonstrate company solutions effectively.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong understanding of MIS systems and technologies.
- Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Fluent in Japanese and English.
