National Sales Head - Healthcare Solutions

This is an exciting opportunity for ambitious sales leaders who are passionate about building markets, leading winning teams, and scaling businesses nationally. If you thrive on targets, strategy, leadership, and exponential growth - this role is designed for you.

As our National Sales Head, you will play a critical role in revenue expansion, market penetration, business development, and team leadership. You will be responsible for developing national growth strategies, building high-performing regional teams, and establishing long-term healthcare partnerships across India.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute nationwide sales and business expansion strategies.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage Regional Sales Managers and field sales teams.
  • Drive revenue growth through hospital tie-ups, corporate partnerships, and healthcare collaborations.
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities and expansion territories.
  • Build strong relationships with doctors, hospitals, clinics, diagnostic centers, and corporate clients.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
  • Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and strategic business analysis.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams for growth initiatives.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams across regions.
  • Represent the organization at healthcare events, business meetings, and industry conferences.
  • Ensure strong customer retention and long-term client engagement.
Qualifications
  • MBA in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Mandatory).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
  • At least 5 years of leadership experience managing multi-city or national sales teams.
  • Strong exposure to diagnostics, healthcare, pharma, or the laboratory industry is preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strong strategic planning and analytical abilities.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India.
  • Highly target-oriented and performance-driven mindset.
  • Existing network with hospitals, clinics, healthcare chains, and corporate clients is highly valued.
