Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions from requisition to onboarding. 
- Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and creating accurate job descriptions. 
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking. 
- Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability. 
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams. 
- Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements and reduce time-to-hire. 
- Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and government guidelines. 
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand through effective candidate engagement. 
- Track and maintain recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio). 
- Support bulk hiring or campus hiring as needed for operational roles.
