Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for non-IT positions from requisition to onboarding.
Understand job requirements by coordinating with hiring managers and creating accurate job descriptions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, recruitment agencies, and networking.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain candidate pipelines for future requirements and reduce time-to-hire.
Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and government guidelines.
Build and maintain a strong employer brand through effective candidate engagement.
Track and maintain recruitment metrics (e.g., TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio).
Support bulk hiring or campus hiring as needed for operational roles.
