We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Production Officer to join our team in the FMCG sector. In this role, you will be instrumental in overseeing production processes, ensuring operational excellence, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and monitor daily production activities to ensure adherence to production schedules and targets.
- Ensure full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and all relevant safety and quality regulations.
- Manage and optimize production workflows to improve efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including quality assurance and maintenance, to ensure seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate production records, documentation, and reporting in accordance with company standards.
- Identify and troubleshoot operational bottlenecks, proposing corrective actions to maintain output consistency.
- Uphold food safety standards and hygiene protocols throughout the production facility.
- Oversee the performance of production personnel, ensuring team alignment with organizational goals.
- Educational background: Diploma in a relevant field.
- Professional experience: Minimum of 4 to 5 years of relevant experience within the production department, preferably in the FMCG, food, or beverage industry.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) is mandatory.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, formal manufacturing environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead and coordinate operational teams.
