- Lead and manage all aspects of operational planning and execution across production, quality control, supply chain, and logistics
- Drive operational efficiency and cost optimization through lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Ensure timely production, inventory accuracy, and adherence to quality standards
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (sales, finance, procurement, R&D) to align operational goals with business objectives
