Responsibilities:<br />Operational Execution & Management<br />• Execute the company’s operational roadmap across manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, and service delivery.<br />• Translate strategic goals into operational plans, KPIs, and performance tracking systems.<br />• Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, reliability, and scalability.<br />• Support capacity planning and operational readiness for new and existing product lines.<br />Manufacturing & Supply Chain Management<br />• Oversee plant operations to ensure safe, efficient, and quality-compliant production.<br />• Drive supply chain effectiveness through demand planning, vendor coordination, and inventory management.<br />• Work with procurement and vendors to ensure uninterrupted supply and cost optimization.<br />• Implement process improvements, lean practices, and basic automation initiatives.<br />• Coordinate with R&D and product teams for smooth product scale-up and production readiness. Quality, Regulatory & Compliance<br />Ensure adherence to applicable regulatory and quality standards across operations.<br />Implement and monitor SOPs, quality checks, and compliance processes.<br />Support audits, documentation, and regulatory requirements in coordination with QA/RA teams.<br />Identify operational risks and ensure mitigation through structured controls. Commercial & Customer Operations<br />• Support sales operations including forecasting, order management, and timely delivery.<br />• Coordinate with distributors and field teams to improve execution and service levels.<br />• Ensure effective handling of customer complaints and service turnaround.<br />• Track and improve operational metrics related to customer satisfaction.<br />Financial & Performance Management<br />• Manage operational budgets and track cost efficiency initiatives.<br />• Monitor key performance indicators across manufacturing, supply chain, and service delivery.<br />• Support margin improvement through cost control and process efficiency.<br />• Contribute to periodic performance reviews and reporting.<br />Team Leadership & Development<br />• Lead and manage teams across operations, manufacturing, and supply chain.<br />• Drive accountability, discipline, and performance within teams.<br />• Support hiring, training, and capability development of operational staff.<br />• Foster collaboration across functions including sales, quality, and product teams.<h3>experience</h3>25
