Key Responsibilities
 Efficiently manage warehouse operations, including loading and unloading
activities.
 Handle multiple stakeholders such as transporters, distributors, dealers,
customers, 3PL partners, and manufacturers.
 Drive vehicle loading optimization and transportation cost efficiency through
planning and consolidation.
 Ensure safe loading of goods, damage analysis, and transporter handling.
 Utilize SAP for invoicing, GRN, and stock transfer processes.
 Manage spare parts handling and warehouse inventory.
 Adapt quickly to new environments and continuously learn new skills.
 Maintain effective communication and coordination across stakeholders.
 Prepare and analyze data using Excel and PowerPoint.
 Apply problem-solving skills to resolve operational challenges.
Qualifications & Experience
 Education: B.Tech in any discipline.
 Experience: 4-5 years in logistics and warehouse management.
Technical Competencies Strong understanding of loading/unloading operations and warehouse
management.
 Proficiency in SAP (GRN, invoicing, stock transfer).
 Knowledge of spare parts handling and inventory management.
 Ability to optimize logistics processes and drive efficiency.
