• Governance Standards: Must have worked in Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
businesses or have Six Sigma certification - demonstrating understanding of the
high standards expected in this role
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, CRM software, and MS Office Suite• Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and problem-
