Role Overview
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists and Pediatric Physiotherapists to join our pediatric clinical team in Navi Mumbai. In this role, you will perform developmental, behavioral, and sensory assessments, design individualized care plans, and deliver direct intervention sessions for children across age groups. Fresh graduates eager to learn and grow in a supportive, trans-disciplinary environment are strongly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Assessments & Screening: Conduct developmental, behavioral, and sensory screenings using standardized assessment tools. Evaluate cognitive and motor functions to identify developmental delays or deviances.
Therapy & Intervention: Design session plans and deliver goal-oriented interventions incorporating play, social skills, physical/motor rehabilitation, and behavioral management.
Parent & Caregiver Guidance: Train parents on home-based therapy strategies, self-care routines, and developmental goals to ensure continuous care outside the center.
Trans-disciplinary Collaboration: Participate in team case conferences alongside speech, behavioral, and developmental specialists to deliver holistic care.
Documentation & Goal Tracking: Maintain accurate records of client history, intervention plans, and long-term goal progression through periodic criterion-based assessments.
Candidate Profile & Qualifications
Education:
Bachelor or Master of Occupational Therapy (BOT / MOT) - MOT in Pediatrics preferred
Bachelor or Master of Physiotherapy (BPT / MPT) with specialized interest or training in Pediatrics.
Experience: 0 to 5 Years. Freshers with strong clinical fundamentals are welcome.
Core Competencies: Basic understanding of sensory profiling, developmental screening, motor rehabilitation, and parent counseling.
Soft Skills: Empathy, patience, strong verbal communication, and a team-oriented mindset.
