Skills and Competency:

• Graduate in any discipline with 2-4 years’ experience in Planning work. Should be acquainted with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Knowledge on Project Online (POL) will be an added advantage. To work as scheduler using tools like Primavera P6 and / or Microsoft project. The planner shall work with Project managers / Engineering managers and help them to prepare plans for complete scope of the project. He / She shall coordinate with project lead engineers to get status updates of project progress and help the PM to prepare monthly project progress. Should be aware of weightages for different activities and prepare S-Curve. The planners should be able to do baselining / re-baselining of the project schedule.
