plant head (operations head)

We are looking for a plant head positioned at Sricity.
1. B.Tech engineering graduate preference in Textiles.
2. Minimum 15 years experience in textile products (textile madeups) manufacturing.
3. He should be fully aware of modern manufacturing practices like team bonding, kaizen, lean management, six Sigma, single pc flow, Just in time, FIFO, FMEA, Zero defects.
4. He should have been responsible for Plant P&L.
5. He should have abundance knowledge on plant maintenance (TPM).
6. Knowledge of SAP
7. He should be managing a plant with minimum 800 workers and where he managed operations in shifts.
8. This position is based in Sricity.
9. He is a very strong team leader,  fit person, smart, presentable, very well spoken English, good presentation skills.
10. Looking for a candidate from a good educated family background, excellent spoken English, Understanding/talking of Tamil or Telugu is MUST.
11. He should be willing to relocate his family to Sricity.
12. He will report to AVP operations
