 Supplier Relationship Management: Maintaining strong partnerships with vendors to ensure consistent quality and to receive priority during supply chain shortages.
 Load balancing & managing share of business at various vendor for on time delivery and Quality
 Increasing rate contract span to reduce PR to PO conversion lead time
 Spend Analysis: Analysing manufacturing processes, losses/rejections at supplier end, purchasing data and spending patterns to identify cost-saving opportunities and
forecast future organizational needs.
 Risk Mitigation: Creating strategies to protect the business against price volatility and supply chain disruptions.
 Quality & Compliance: Ensuring all received goods meet company standards and that every purchase complies with organizational and legal regulations.
 Monitor and Improve KPI- Supplier delivery performance, GRN lead time,PR to PO conversion alongwith team of Buyers.
 Communication and Coordination with Planning and Production team for Factory Ontime delivery performance Eligibility:
BE mechanical with 20 years of experience in Mechanical Manufacturing company as Purchase/Procurement manager for MS/SS structure fabrication and
machining of components
