It operates more than 280 sites in over 40 countries.</p>Job Description / Responsibilities:<ul><li>Reach out to potential buyers and sell Decanter equipment to both Industrial and Municipal corporations on a PAN India basis.</li><li>Develop and manage sales forecasts.</li><li>Participate in exhibitions, events, and roadshows for sales promotion.</li><li>Follow up on tender releases, identify bidders, and liaise with successful contractors/EPC companies.</li><li>Utilize sound market knowledge to identify potential buyers.</li><li>Leverage knowledge of the wastewater industry, tendering process, and contracts to drive sales.</li><li>Utilize CRM tools and other relevant tools to support the sales process.</li><li>Liaise with our Business Unit Decanters to provide customer support.</li><li>Collaborate with the Projects team and Service Operations to offer customers support during order execution.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Education: BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or Environmental Engineering.</li><li>Experience: 4-8 Years of relevant industry experience.</li><li>Skills:<ul><li>Proven ability to identify and engage potential clients in industrial and municipal sectors across India.</li><li>Experience in sales forecasting and promotion through events.</li><li>Familiarity with the tendering process, including identifying bidders and liaising with contractors/EPC companies.</li><li>Strong understanding of the wastewater industry, tendering processes, and contract management.</li><li>Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales support software.</li><li>Excellent communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>Ability to liaise effectively with internal business units and project teams.</li></ul></li></ul>Compensation & Benefits:<p>As Per Market Standards</p><h3>experience</h3>15

Product Strategy&Ideation:  Identify market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to develop a robust pipeline of new equity/ equity derivatives product ideas, including index funds, ETFs, and actively managed strategies.  Conduct feasibility studies and business case analyses for new product concepts.  Analyze regulatory changes and their impact on product development. Product Development&Launch:  Lead the end-to-end product development process, from initial concept to final launch.  Coordinate with legal, compliance, investment management, sales, and marketing teams to ensure a smooth and timely product launch. Product Management&Maintenance:  Oversee the performance and positioning of existing equity/ equity derivatives products.  Develop and implement strategies for product enhancements and rationalization.  Act as a subject matter expert for the sales team and clients. Leadership&Collaboration:  Mentor and guide junior team members.  Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders to align product strategy with overall business goals.  Represent the firm at industry conferences and events. Demonstrated experience in launching and managing successful financial products.  Extensive knowledge of equity markets, investment strategies, and various product structures (e.g., mutual funds, ETFs, structured products).<h3>experience</h3>6
