* Drive procurement planning and ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and services.
* Lead execution of all civil, electrical, transmission, and balance of plant (BoP) works.
* Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.
* Monitor project schedules, costs, risks, and resource utilization, implementing corrective actions where required.
* Coordinate with internal functions, contractors, consultants, clients, and government authorities for seamless project execution.
* Review project progress, resolve critical issues, and ensure timely achievement of project milestones.
* Build and lead project teams while driving a high-performance and safety-focused culture.
* Ensure successful testing, commissioning, grid synchronization, and project handover to the customer/operations team.
* Provide periodic project performance reports and updates to senior management.
Position Experience and Qualification:
* Bachelor's degree in engineering with 10 to 15 years of relevant industry experience
* Should possess excellent project management skills
* Should have working knowledge in MS Project / Primavera
* Should be highly organised, ability to motivate and manage team
* Should possess excellent leadership, communication skills
