* Time ManagementGeneral Tasks & Responsibilities * Complete coordination of procurement, fabrication, engineering, quality control and siteerection for structural steel projects
* Coordination of design, drafting and preparation of MTO's
* Raw Material Control and procurement.
* Drawings review, planning & execution of steel procurement, design, sizing, fabrication,
delivery & site erection.
* Liaising with Design & Drawing office for scheduling & timely completion
* Planning fabrication sequence to match site erection, decreasing the site storage time of
fabricated assemblies.
* Sequencing erection program based on client requirement and ease of construction.
* Planning timely delivery and installation of Bought-Out items like Decking Sheet,
Cladding, Bolts, etc.
* Coordinating with site for erection progress and facilitating smooth construction activities
* Timely invoicing based on contractual terms of payment.
* Knowledge of contractual terms of project and compliance of the same in project
execution with monitoring and booking variations if any
* Overall management of project and timely reporting of progress and cost control to the
Company Management through Cost to Completion workings
* Management of Subcontractors.Major Deliverables/Key Result Areas * Planning, execution and overall management of structural steel projects
* Monitoring & Meeting estimated project milestones/ schedules
* Driving Project based Cost controls and Profitability.
* Timely submission of Invoices and Collection of payments
* Project Execution as per standards and specifications of the project and meeting
