.Main tasks include
- Lead the development and execution of strategic business plans for pharmaceutical drug development projects.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analyses to inform strategic decision-making.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track project progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs, research & development, and marketing.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical drug development and regulatory affairs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
- Experience with instructional design and eLearning tools (e.g., Adobe Captivate) is a plus.
- Experience using Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics is a plus.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Strong understanding of business principles and processes.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
