Main Accountabilities:  Induction of new BA/DBA to meet business/ operational requirements.  Planning for network and route to achieve desired service level.  Developing and implementing SOP’s for route & monitoring its implementation.  Developing and implementing the operational strategy to drive revenue by reducing operational cost.  Monitoring expenses incurred upon BA/ DBA vehicles, monitoring BA/ DBA vehicle rate v/s market rates of vehicles. 

Establish and deploy a common claim and change order strategy together with theproject management. Contract analysis in the project start phase about claim and change order potentials andrisks. Support the core project team in preparing change proposals. Setting up the formal procedures for and drafting of correspondence in the project. Ensure that contemporary records (Daily Logs, LMS Deviation Records, As-builtSchedule, Handover Certificates,
