RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Should be passionate about quality and should demonstrate have high standards in the delivery areas. Fundamental job will be to drive quality & Quantity defined for Projects.
* This is a very hands-on technical role at same time expected to have great people skills.
* Technically leading the team of Labellers & QA.
* Coach the team technically to ensure over all technical expertise of team enhances. Responsible for execution management of a team.
* Participates in the Training and meetings for Projects & acts as level 1 support /floor support for technical queries.
* Ensure Project Quantity and Quality delivery from the team. Works closely w/ leads and mgrs. For guidance
* Review team reports, issues on regular basis, perform actions result in towards improvement of Quality.
* Co-ordinate, work closely with Managers & leads, ensure timely deliverables with quality & rapid resolution of the problems.
* Participates in periodic walkthroughs of teams accomplished objectives. Complete post implementation review assignments for learning & process improvement. ...
