Key stakeholders with whom the person will be working are administration and projects team by being the first point of contact for them to get project progress updates and reach out to for any issue resolution or escalation and timely progress report submission.
Work closely with converters for timely installation, progress updates and prompt issue resolution. Role & Responsibilities: * Project Management - End to end channel & client relationship.
* Coverage of assigned set of customers and manage their projects.
* Shall Demonstrate advanced understanding of customer's requirement, markets and business challenges.
* Develop project MIS and update the same on regular basis.
* Forecasting material requirement at distributor basis the requirement projection from customer
* Achieve project execution within stipulated timelines.
* Manage relationship with authorized channel partners for timely execution.
* Timely resolution of issues for the channel partner with customers to ensure smooth operations.
* Gather industry market intelligence and share the same with stakeholders. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Graduate with proven track record in project management.
2. 3-6 years of experience in customer project management, MIS updates.
3. Prior experience of working with Projects team will be an added advantage.
4. Good understanding of customer management and vendor management.
