Role:
• Manages tactical sourcing activities sourcing, data management, special projects, and client service.
• Creates value by providing fast, accurate, implementation of tactical sourcing activities.
• Works within defined processes and procedures or methodologies and determines the appropriate approach for new assignments.
• Is responsible to provide solutions to operational or analytical problems using established procedures and practices.
• Will serve as informal resource on analytical, scientific method, or operational processes for less experienced team members.
• Your performance impacts the quality, timeliness, and effectiveness of your own work and your team’s work. You will receive supervision on new complex assignments.
Responsibilities:
• Duties include projects, tasks, and activities include utilizing Oracle Transportation Management System, SAP, VIP, Zycus to perform pricing, rate validation and accessorial implementation.
• Provides the needed information and enters new and/or updated contract agreements and vendor codes in SAP.
• Works with data and upload accurately and timely into the system
• Utilizes visualization tools like Power BI to expedite their work process.
• Analyzes and troubleshoots data disconnects between the Suppliers and Systems, which impact the end-to-end process.
