- Source qualified candidates through various channels, including internal job
- posting, employee referrals, Head-hunters and campus.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews and shortlist candidates for further consideration.
- Schedule interviews and manage the interview process for assigned positions.
- Maintain a strong understanding of our company culture and employer brand toeffectively attract top talent.
- Manage and track recruitment metrics (TAT to fill and onboard, Drop% etc.) and provide regular updates to the HR team.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers and HRBP.
- Stay up to date on HR trends and best practices by attending workshops andconferences.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, as assigned.
