The Referral Partner Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in scaling the BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) business to achieve the ambitious target of ₹150 CR book for the current financial year. This role requires continuous onboarding of dealer-borrowers and anchors, followed by relationship management to ensure retention and seamless BAU (Business As Usual) operations. The incumbent will also manage and grow the Referral Partner (RP) pipeline, ensuring smooth month-on-month onboarding and servicing.
Key Responsibilities
*Referral Partner Training: Conduct regular training and refresher sessions on the portal to ensure RP readiness and efficiency.
*Dealer Onboarding: Ensure timely onboarding of dealers and leads within defined TAT (Turnaround Time).
*Pendency Resolution: Track and communicate pendency cases; coordinate with Credit, Operations, and Referral Partners for swift resolution.
*Tech Issue Management: Facilitate timely resolution of technical issues related to lead generation and processing.
*Invoicing & Disbursal: Ensure accurate invoicing and prompt disbursal for onboarded borrowers.
*Relationship Management: Provide ongoing support to anchors and borrowers to prevent drop-offs and maintain strong engagement throughout their journey.
*Pipeline Growth: Manage and expand scalable RP pipeline
*Desired Skills & Competencies
*Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills.
*Ability to coordinate across Credit, Operations, and Technology teams.
*Proficiency in handling portal-based processes and resolving technical issues.
*Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
*Target-oriented mindset with focus on scaling business volumes.
Qualifications
*Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
*3-5 years of experience in financial services, preferably in BNPL, lending, or channel management.
*Prior experience in managing referral partners or dealer networks will be an advantage.
Performance Metrics
*Number of referral partners onboarded and activated.
*Dealer/borrower onboarding within TAT.
*Reduction in pendency cases and timely resolutions.
*Anchor/borrower retention and engagement levels.
*Achievement of monthly and annual BNPL book targets.
