On-Trade Sales Executive (Contract)

Are you a seasoned sales professional with a passion for the hospitality and beverage industry? We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented On-Trade Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to represent a prestigious brand and drive market growth within the dynamic hospitality sector in Gurgaon.

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our "On-Trade" partners, including hotels, restaurants, bars, and clubs. Your mission will be to cultivate deep-rooted professional relationships, identify new business opportunities, and ensure our products are positioned for maximum visibility and performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand our footprint within the On-Trade segment across Haryana.
  • Proactively manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure consistent brand loyalty and volume growth.
  • Identify and secure new business opportunities by prospecting and converting high-potential venues.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitive activities, pricing, and visibility, providing actionable insights to the management team.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and distribution teams to execute promotions and brand activations effectively within partner outlets.
  • Maintain accurate sales reports, forecasts, and CRM data to track performance against individual and regional KPIs.
  • Ensure all trade activities comply with internal policies and local regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A) from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 3 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, specifically within the On-Trade beverage or hospitality sector.
  • Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Gurgaon and the surrounding Haryana region.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-driven professional with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed ambitious sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market data into effective sales strategies.
