Credit Analysis & Credit Administration
- Collect, analyze, and evaluate financial statements, business information, and industry data for credit assessment.
- Prepare credit applications, annual reviews, and credit monitoring reports in accordance with internal policies.
- Conduct financial analysis, risk assessment, and sensitivity analysis for lending opportunities.
- Support the credit approval process by coordinating with Head Office and relevant departments.
Portfolio Monitoring & Risk Management
- Monitor customers' financial performance, business developments, and compliance with loan covenants.
- Identify emerging risks and provide timely reporting and recommendations to management.
- Ensure loan portfolio quality remains within the Branch's risk appetite and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in early warning monitoring and remedial management of watch-list accounts.
Operational Support & Compliance
- Coordinate account opening, KYC documentation, customer onboarding, and loan disbursement processes.
- Ensure compliance with RBI regulations, anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, sanctions screening, and internal policies.
- Liaise with Operations, Compliance, Risk Management, and other internal departments to resolve customer and transaction-related matters.
- Maintain accurate customer and credit records for audit and regulatory purposes.
Other Responsibilities
- Support Branch initiatives, projects, and strategic business objectives.
- Perform other duties and assignments as directed by management.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Credit Analysis, or Relationship Management.
- Strong credit assessment, financial analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of banking regulations, risk management principles, and corporate lending practices.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Fluent in spoken and written English; knowledge of Hindi, Marathi, Mandarin, or other Asian languages will be an advantage.
- High integrity, attention to detail, and strong sense of responsibility.
