We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Manager to lead our PMS (Portfolio Management Services) and AIF (Alternative Investment Funds) sales efforts across a designated region (covering 2 or more states). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key client relationships, and supporting channel development, while ensuring alignment with the company’s strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution: Drive sales of PMS and AIF products within the assigned region, achieving quarterly and annual targets.
- Key Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distribution partners to maximize business growth.
- Channel Support: Work closely with distribution partners and financial advisors to expand market reach and ensure effective product penetration.
- Market Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to increase sales footprint.
- Customer Engagement: Facilitate client meetings, product presentations, and provide expert advisory support to nurture long-term relationships.
- Reporting & MIS: Provide timely and accurate sales reports, market feedback, and competitor intelligence to senior management.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all sales activities comply with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, product, and operations to deliver seamless customer experience and support sales initiatives.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5-8 years in sales and distribution in financial services, specifically with PMS, AIF, or Mutual Fund products.
- Regional Exposure: Proven experience managing sales activities across multiple states or a defined region.
- Certifications: CFP, CWM, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client and partner relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Solid understanding of PMS, AIF, and alternative investment products, along with the regulatory landscape.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently, plan and prioritize sales efforts to meet targets efficiently.
- Analytical: Good market awareness and capability to provide actionable insights.
