Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential hazards within the industrial facility.
- Develop, implement, and monitor safety policies and procedures to ensure a zero-accident workplace.
- Evaluate industrial processes and machinery to ensure they meet national and international safety standards.
- Lead safety training programs for staff to promote a culture of awareness and compliance.
- Investigate industrial accidents or near-misses, perform root cause analysis, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed safety reports and maintain accurate documentation for regulatory audits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate safety measures into daily operations and new project planning.
- Ensure the availability and proper maintenance of personal protective equipment (PPE) and emergency response tools.
- Bachelor's degree (B.E./B.Tech) in Engineering.
- 4 to 7 years of professional experience in an industrial safety role.
- Strong expertise in safety management, industrial safety protocols, and systematic risk assessment methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven ability to communicate safety requirements effectively to all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently as well as within a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
