Position Title: Safety Supervisor
Location: Saravali
Department: EHS (Environment, Health & Safety)
Reports To: Safety Manager / Production Head
CTC : 8-10 Lacs
Key Responsibilities
 Monitor and enforce compliance with workplace safety regulations, company
policies, and statutory requirements.
 Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments to identify hazards and
recommend corrective actions.
 Provide daily safety briefings and toolbox talks to site teams and contractors.
 Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses; prepare reports and
recommend preventive measures.
 Maintain safety records, permits, and compliance documentation.
 Coordinate safety drills, PPE checks, and emergency preparedness activities.
Qualifications & Skills
 Diploma/Degree in Industrial Safety/Engineering or equivalent.
 Minimum 8-10 years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or
engineering projects.
 Strong knowledge of Factory Act and local safety standards.
 Excellent communication, leadership, and reporting skills.
