JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage sales orders from receipt to execution, ensuring timely processing and coordination with
vendors.
• Coordinate dispatch planning, scheduling, and logistics to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Utilize ERP systems to track sales orders, manage inventory levels, and analyze performance
metrics.
• Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve queries and
concerns.
• Ensure accurate payment follow-ups and maintain a high level of professionalism in all

Educational qualification Any Graduate
