We are seeking a dedicated and professional Sales Executive to join our team on a contract basis. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving secondary sales revenue and expanding our market presence within the lighting sector. You will operate as a key representative at our Smart Light Hub, connecting with industry professionals and end users to provide tailored lighting solutions.
Responsibilities- Revenue Generation: Drive secondary sales revenue by engaging with specifiers, including architects and interior designers, as well as end users to support the assigned Smart Light Hub.
- Lead Generation: Proactively conduct cold calls to identify and secure new projects and construction developments within your designated territory.
- Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong, productive professional relationships with key architects, interior designers, and stakeholders.
- Sales Conversion: Manage the full end-to-end sales process, including frequent follow-ups and the provision of customized lighting solutions to meet specific client needs.
- Reporting and Compliance: Diligently utilize the Field Assist mobile app to document new leads, manage accounts, and record daily secondary sales data to ensure business intelligence accuracy.
- Strategic Growth: Take ownership of the sales growth trajectory for the assigned Smart Light Hub, implementing strategies to accelerate performance and market penetration.
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA).
- Experience: 1 to 5 years of relevant sales experience in the construction or lighting industry.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company professionally to high-level specifiers.
- Technical Aptitude: Proficiency with mobile sales tools and CRM applications.
- Strategic Mindset: A proactive approach to market development and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
