Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with retail partners and key stakeholders.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive outreach and effective territory management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to provide actionable insights to the management team.
- Ensure consistent product availability and optimal shelf presence in retail outlets.
- Manage order processing, deliveries, and collections with precision to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Education: H.Sc / +2 / Intermediate diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of proven experience in FMCG sales.
- Skills: Strong expertise in FMCG sales processes, excellent negotiation skills, and a professional demeanor.
