Key Responsibilities
 Identify and onboard new suppliers and buyers for Metal Mandi’s platform.
 Visit local markets, industrial areas, and scrap yards to promote Metal Mandi services.
 Educate customers on platform features, transaction process, and benefits.
 Achieve assigned monthly/quarterly sales and onboarding targets.
 Maintain regular contact with existing clients to drive repeat business.
 Collect market intelligence on competitor rates, demand trends, and material availability.
 Coordinate with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely pick-up/delivery of
material.
 Resolve on-ground issues and escalate complex problems to the Sales Manager.
 Submit accurate daily visit reports and maintain CRM updates.
 Represent Metal Mandi at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events (as required).Key Skills & Competencies
 Strong communication and negotiation skills.
 Knowledge of the metal/scrap/recycling industry (preferred but not mandatory).
 Ability to work independently with strong time management.
