Responsibilities- Drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth across E-commerce and Quick Commerce channels.
- Develop and execute channel-wise business plans aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify new business opportunities, platform expansions, and strategic partnerships.
- Manage end-to-end E-commerce/Q-commerce operations, including campaigns, launches, and category growth initiatives.
- Optimize product assortment, pricing, promotions, and platform visibility to maximize online sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute digital campaigns and improve customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Enhance customer experience through effective merchandising, content optimization, and consumer insights analysis.
- Analyze sales, ROI, traffic, conversion, and operational metrics to drive data-based business decisions.
- Prepare MIS reports, forecasts, dashboards, and track KPIs to improve business efficiency.
- Coordinate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure inventory availability and fulfillment efficiency.
- Minimize stock-outs, resolve operational challenges, and ensure compliance with platform standards and processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners, vendors, and internal cross-functional teams for smooth business execution.
- Graduate + Postgraduate (MBA/PGDM) in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong understanding of E-Comm & Q-Comm business operations models.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in sales analytics, reporting tools, and digital commerce platforms.
- Strong business acumen with a result-oriented approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to drive teams and deliver results under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SFA software tools.
